Jorge Toro

Jorge was born in Peru and graduated from the National University of Engineering in Lima, where he got a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He moved to Florida in 1989, and in 1990 joined the West Palm Beach Municipal Stadium staff for the Braves and Expos. In 1994 Jorge was placed in charge of Building Maintenance and continues this position at Roger Dean Stadium. Jorge is married to his wife Maria and together they have three children Maria Cristina, Jorge Luis and Maria Alexandra. Maria Cristina is having a baby making Jorge a grandfather for the first time. Jorge Luis is a tenor and is ready to graduate from Florida State University. Maria Alexandra is going to Palm Beach Community College pursuing a Pharmacy career.
